Jesi, surrounded, threatened with a knife in the center and robbed: 19-year-old leader of a group of minors arrested.

The series of robberies and attempted robberies carried out in the center of Jesi had caused particular alarm. The unscrupulousness of its authors is striking.
Three incidents were reported. The script was always the same: the victims were surrounded, threatened, even with the use of knives, and forced to hand over the money they possessed. The investigations, carried out by the Carabinieri of the Jesi Company and the Agents of the Jesi Police Station, made it possible to identify those responsible: a group of minors, led by a 19-year-old, the latter reached, during the course of Tuesday morning, by an order for the application of a precautionary measure ordered by the investigating judge of the Court of Ancona, carried out by the Carabinieri.

In particular, the Carabinieri of the Operational and Radiomobile Unit and of the Jesi Station have reconstructed two episodes, namely one attempted aggravated robbery suffered by two 20-year-olds, during which the aforementioned had suffered personal injuries, and one aggravated robbery suffered by another 20 year old, who, under the threat of a knife pointed to his chest, was forced to hand over a 20,00 euro banknote and the cover of his mobile phone. The agents of the Jesi police station have instead reconstructed the episode relating to the aggravated robbery suffered by a 60-year-old, surrounded while he was at a bus stop, attacked and robbed of his wallet, containing the sum of 2.200,00 euros.
The 19-year-old was subjected to house arrest at his home. The minors were reported in a state of freedom to the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Juvenile Court.
