Lecco: persecutory acts and threats against condominiums, 53-year-old arrested.

The personnel of the Lecco State Police - Flying Squad, in execution of a precautionary measure of custody in prison issued by the Court of Lecco, arrested a 53-year-old subject, resident in the province of Lecco, for the crimes of persecutory acts, defacement and soiling of other people's things, damage followed by fire and dangerous throwing of things, perpetrated against the condominiums of the property where the suspect resides.
In particular, the subject, already burdened by numerous criminal records, in addition to having defaced, damaged and defaced the common areas of the condominium in question, had become the protagonist of continuous harassment, intimidation and threats towards numerous condominium owners who, now terrified by the his violent and aggressive behavior, had distorted their life habits. Consider that on several occasions the criminal had tried to set fire to his neighbor's door without, however, succeeding. For this reason, and to avoid even more serious consequences, some condominium residents had even decided to stay in their cars overnight.
Furthermore, there were numerous threats that the subject in question perpetrated on a daily basis towards the aforementioned neighbors.
In relation to the above, the offender was associated with the Lecco prison.
