Brescia: German fugitive wanted internationally arrested.

He withdrew from almost two years searches by the authorities and a European arrest warrant issued by the Germany following one 10 year sentence for a 200 thousand euro scam: a German citizen arrested in Italy by men of the State Police of Brescia.

The investigation arose from a request for international police cooperation by the German authorities, for which the Operational Section for Cyber ​​Security of the Postal Police of Brescia. The technical checks carried out by the specialists of Postal Police Service led to the location of the house from which one had been carried out connection for accessing the email box in use by the wanted man, found to be in the Brescia area.

Further technical insights and targeted surveillance services from the investigators Operational Section for Cyber ​​Security of the Postal Police of Brescia, immediately interested, confirmed the actual presence of the subject inside one luxurious villa, turned out to be of owned by a German woman.

In agreement with the Prosecutor of the Republic of Brescia, last September 27th the Postal staff therefore searched the house and found the wanted man, who was hidden in a underground bunker of the villa, a small, dimly lit room protected by a multitude of cameras where he lived precarious hygienic conditions between dirt and food scraps.

The owner of the villa is also in trouble, investigated for the crime of personal aiding and abetting precisely in consideration of the evident relationships of complicity with the wanted man, who had – among other things – escaped from house arrest he was serving in Italy. The subjects are however to be considered innocent until an irrevocable sentence is reached.
