Genoa, he breaks down the gate of his ex's house and publishes his photos online: he ends up under house arrest.
The Genoa State Police arrested a 42-year-old man upon order of execution of the precautionary measure of house arrest, with application of the electronic bracelet.
The man was charged persecutory acts, trespassing and illicit dissemination of sexually explicit images or videos against the ex-girlfriend, met online, with whom he had undertaken a brief relationship, which she interrupted last January.
At the end of February the Cornigliano police officers had intervened at the woman's home because the 42-year-old had revealed himself in the garden by climbing over the fence and, after a brief conversation at a distance, he began kicking the door. After which he went out and, having put his car into reverse, he had thrown himself in reverse against the garden gate, gutting it. When the officers arrived, the man had already fled but his "exploits" had been immortalized by the victim's external video surveillance system.
From the woman's answers to the policemen's questions, the following emergedhe story of a real persecution by the ex, who does not accept the end of their relationship. The man, often drunk, in the last two months he contacted her repeatedly with phone calls and messages, insulting and threatening her, including with photos of a gun, also carried out numerous stakeouts under his house, sometimes climbing over the garden fence and revealing himself in front of the windows.
On one occasion he accomplished a small act of self-harm in front of her and then spend the night hidden in the woman's car and show up covered in blood the next morning. In the end on her WhatsApp status she published some private photos that the woman had sent her during their love story.
The arrest
Given the perennial state of anxiety and fear in which the victim is living which led her to change her lifestyle habits and to continuously check the video surveillance images to make sure that his persecutor is not near his home, also given the growing aggressiveness in the 42-year-old's behavior, the Genoa court, at the instigation of the Prosecutor's Office, applied to the subject a custodial measure that prevents him from having contact with the victim.
