Frosinone, found dead in a room full of cuts and in a bloodbath: a 26-year-old resident of Cassino arrested.

During the night, the State Police of Frosinone and the Cassino police station, coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Cassino, arrested a crime suspect against a 26-year-old Italian citizen, resident in Cassino, for the murder of Pena Santana Yirel Natividad.
Investigators arrived at the man following the traces left by him at the scene of the crime.

The murder took place during the night between Friday and Saturday but the victim's body was discovered around 13.30 pm on Saturday by a neighbor who, seeing the woman's apartment door ajar, became suspicious and went inside to check what had happened , thus finding the body lying on the floor on the bedroom floor. Stab wounds were evident on her body and there was a copious amount of blood around the victim. The entire floor of the apartment had traces of blood although the killer had tried to remove them using a rag.
In particular, however, the investigators immediately focused on the imprint of a bloodstained hand left by the killer on the wall at the foot of which the woman lay.

The meticulous surveys carried out in the apartment by the Scientific Police of the Provincial Cabinet of Frosinone and by colleagues from the Cassino Signaling Post, made it possible to isolate the bloody palm print attributable to the perpetrator. The match was entered into the AFIS database and returned a match with a subject residing in the Municipality of Cassino, reported in 2017 and then again in 2021 for injuries and resistance to a public official.
From what emerged, the Deputy Prosecutor of the Republic considered sufficient the clues that emerged against the young man, a 26-year-old construction worker, against whom the arrest of a suspect in the murder of the Dominican Republic citizen Pena Santana was ordered Yirel Natividad.

At this point, the agents of the State Police went to the residence of the young man, who was not at home at the time, and in the presence of his parents, they carried out a search of the apartment used by the arrested person, during which they were isolated numerous traces of blood throughout the house and the blood-stained clothing that the alleged perpetrator was wearing at the time of the murder.
The twenty-six year old was traced in the night around 01.30 at the Arce station (FR), while he was on board a bus coming from Rome, where he had spent Sunday in the company of a woman to be identified.
At the time of his arrest, he did not resist and still had the shoes he wore at the time of the murder on his feet, which showed visible traces of blood on the sole and inside the tongue.

The detainee was then taken to the offices of the PS Commissariat of Cassino and subsequently, once the ritual acts were completed, he was associated with the Prison of Cassino, where he will be subjected to guarantee interrogation by the GIP of the Court of Cassino.
The incessant work carried out by the police officers of the Flying Squad, the Cassino Police Station and the Scientific Police, coordinated by the Cassino Public Prosecutor's Office, made it possible to bring the perpetrator of the heinous crime to justice in just 36 hours.
