The Police Commissioner of Frosinone Domenico Condello has issued a warning to a man from Ceccano who for years has harassed his parents with aggressive and violent behaviour.

The elderly mother, a 78-year-old lady, has put up with the impetuous and oppressive behavior of her son, who is unemployed and unmarried, for years. The man, who was also supported by his elderly parents, is also addicted to the abuse of alcoholic substances, so much so that very often the physical and verbal attacks occurred precisely when he was in a state of intoxication.

The poor parents, despite trying with every means to convince their son, never succeeded in making him start a path to recovery.

Indeed, over time the requests for money became increasingly insistent, to the point of resulting in actual acts of physical and verbal violence. Among other things, the poor victims live in the house above that of their son, a closeness that translates into a constant and nagging presence, which often resulted in episodes of actual mistreatment.

On one occasion the man, having been denied what he had requested from his parents, in a moment of uncontrollable anger, destroyed some furniture in his father's home, so much so that it was necessary to request the intervention of the Carabinieri of the local station to bring him back to calm. .

The situation then worsened further when the father began to suffer from a serious illness. The strong worries that affected the elderly woman led her to live in a state of continuous anxiety and fear, due to which, inevitably, she experienced enormous physical and moral discomfort, so serious that it even led her to change her own habits.

With the worsening of her spouse's illness, the poor woman could no longer resist and asked the State Police to intervene. Thanks to the investigation carried out by the staff of the Anti-Crime Division of the Frosinone Police Headquarters, on the basis of the elements collected and the findings carried out, it was possible to proceed with the issuing of a warning to the son, with the hope that the violent conduct of this will cease following the issuing of the provision and above all the fifty-two-year-old will finally be convinced to begin a recovery process by undertaking a detoxification process.
