Starting from Wednesday 28 June, work will begin on laying the curb to protect the new cycle path in Corso Buenos Aires. The works will take place in the evening and at night, from 20 to 5 in the morning, to cause as little discomfort as possible. However, no roadway interruptions are foreseen, the entire Buenos Aires street will remain open to road traffic.

The estimated duration of the works, weather permitting, will be almost a month.

The overall intervention is divided into two parts. The first phase of the works involves the creation of a protected cycle path on both sides of the street, with a width of approximately two meters and curbs 50 cm wide and 17 cm high. The intervention involves the elimination of parking along Corso Buenos Aires, while there will be space for some areas reserved for loading and unloading, serving the commercial establishments present.

The second phase of the works, from autumn this year until December 2024, involves the widening of the pavements to create a large pedestrian boulevard and the resurfacing of the cycle path in red clay.

Da mercoledì 28 giugno iniziano i lavori notturni di posa di cordoli della ciclabile in Corso Buenos Aires a Milano.
