Foggia, huge drug seizure: a 40-year-old arrested.
In the past week, State Police agents from the San Severo PS Commissariat as part of the services aimed at combating the phenomenon of drug dealing in the city of Alto Tavoliere, in two separate operations, they seized narcotic substances arresting a forty-year-old.
The activities took place following a series of checks and searches aimed at the phenomenon of drug dealing.
In the first case, during a control activity, 1,3 kg of hashish were found inside a vehicle. The drug was divided into blocks ready to be put on the market. The Agents' searches also made it possible to find a precision scale.
In the second operation, during a search inside a garage, cleverly hidden inside a piece of furniture, it was found a kilogram of hashish and 600 grams of cocaine.
The owner of the garage was arrested and at the disposal of the AG he was translated to the prison.
The entire quantity of narcotic substance, almost three kilograms, if it had been placed on the market, would have made it possible to obtain over 12 thousand doses worth 150 thousand euros.
It should be clarified that the person arrested must not be considered guilty until a final sentence has been handed down.
