Foggia, arranged by the Foggia Police Headquarters, a series of prevention measures against convicted criminals and those with police records

Foggia, Between the months of May and June 2021, the Anti-Crime Division of the Foggia Police Headquarters ordered a series of prevention measures against convicted criminals and those with police records in this province.

They were prepared, upon specific notification from the respective Carabinieri Commands

7 Mandatory Street Sheets from the Municipalities of: Rignano Garganico, San Severo and Troia towards the following people:

two subjects from San Marco in Lamis who in the municipality of Rignano Garganico were responsible for the crimes of resistance to a public official, interruption of public service, damage and violence and threat to a person in charge of a public service;

two people, from Manfredonia in the municipality of San Severo, were responsible for the crime of possession for the purpose of dealing narcotic substances:

three subjects, two of whom were from Foggia and one from Orta Nova, who, in the municipality of Troia, were checked while they were wandering around the residential areas near the unattended car parks and in the circumstance were investigated in a state of freedom as they had made responsible for the crime of unjustified possession of altered keys and lock picks.

Furthermore, on the proposal of the Lucera police station, two mandatory street sheets were issued by the same municipality against two people from Foggia who were recently responsible for the crime of theft from a tobacco shop;

Furthermore, a total of 18 oral warnings were issued to as many subjects who stood out for their current and concrete social danger;

among these we mention the case of three oral warnings issued to three brothers from Orta Nova, on the proposal of the local Carabinieri Station Command, two of whom in March last year were responsible for the crime of escaping from the Foggia prison.

The other oral warnings were issued against individuals who have criminal records and are therefore considered dangerous for the community and resident in the municipalities of Lucera, Manfredonia, San Severo, Torre Maggiore, Cerignola, San Giovanni Rotondo, San Nicandro Garganico and Orta Nova.
