Falcone (Messina), does not accept dismissal and threatens former employer: 25-year-old arrested

Friday afternoon, the Carabinieri of the Falcone station have executed an order for the application of precautionary custody in prison, issued by the Judge for Preliminary Investigations of the Court of Patti, at the request of the local Public Prosecutor's Office, led by the Chief Prosecutor Dr. Angelo Vittorio Cavallo, against a 25-year-old held responsible for the crime of persecutory acts against his former employer.

The complaint filed by the woman at the Falcone Carabinieri Station it allowed the military to document the multiple criminal actions carried out by the arrested person, the results of which allowed the Deputy Public Prosecutor of Patti, Dr. Antonietta Ardizzone, to request the application of the precautionary measure personnel in prison in reference to the confirmed conduct.

The man, in fact, with repeated and constant conduct, having not accepted the employer's choice to fire him, he asked harassing conduct to the extent that it generates in the victim a well-founded fear for their own safety and that of their relatives.

On several occasions the man lurked inside and outside the room, annoying and intimidating customers and employees present.

The 25enne is situated now restricted to the prison of Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto at the disposal of the Judicial Authority.
