Crotone lit a smoke bomb in the stadium: a three-year Daspo was issued for a Cerignola fan
A ban on access to places where sporting events take place for a period of 3 years
Crotone lit a smoke bomb in the stadium: a three-year Daspo was issued for a Cerignola fan.
On the occasion of the football match “Crotone-Cerignola”, valid for the championship of “Lega Pro-Group C”, which took place last September 21st at the stadium "AND. Scida” of Crotone, inside the north curve, a 32-year-old from the visiting fans was responsible for lighting a smoke. It is for this reason that the Crotone Police Commissioner issued an order against him a DASPO provision.
For this story, the fan from the province of Foggia was reported to the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Crotone from the local one Digos who, also thanks to the images extrapolated from the stadium's video surveillance system, processed by the Scientific Police, reconstructed the episode and identified the 32-year-old as the person responsible. Therefore, the relevant investigation was carried out by the Anti-Crime Police Division, which concluded with the preparation of the measure.
To the Cerignola fan was imposed ban on access to places where sporting events are held for a period of 3 years, with the obligation to present it to the Police Authority for a period of 2 years, taking into account that he had already been notified of a similar provision issued by the Potenza Police Commissioner.
