Cremona, anti-COVID checks: the Carabinieri close a bar

Cremona, nEven though Lombardy has become a "yellow" region and the restrictions are less rigid, we still cannot let our guard down and consequently checks for compliance with the prevention and anti-spread regulations of Covid-19 do not stop. For this reason, the Carabinieri of the Radiomobile Section of the Cremona Company, at the end of some investigations carried out during an inspection service, challenged the administrative sanction against the owner of a bar in the city center with the application of the additional sanction of temporary closure of public practice.  

The military, during a territorial control service, also aimed at compliance with the provisions of the Prime Ministerial Decree of 02 March 2021 and DL 12 March 2021 (yellow areas), ascertained the presence inside the bar of 7 customers intent on to consume drinks. In addition to the closure of the bar and the fine paid by the owner of the business, the related administrative fines of €400 each, foreseen for violators, were imposed on customers.
