Crema: makes a disturbance in Piazza Garibaldi, then insults and attacks the Carabinieri. 19-year-old reported for insulting and resisting a public official.

It ended with the complaint for contempt and resistance to a public official and for refusal of information on the personal identity of a 19 year old man, with a police record against him, an intervention carried out on the night of February 25th in Piazza Garibaldi by the Carabinieri of the Crema Radiomobile.

That night, shortly after one o'clock, a patrol was sent to Piazza Garibaldi because several phone calls had arrived they reported some noise from a group of kids who were listening to music at a high volume, using a Bluetooth speaker.

On site, the military immediately noticed the group and proceeded with the inspection. The young people turned down the music and two of them identified themselves without problems, providing their documents. But the third young man, in a drunken state, when asked to provide the documents, replied that he did not have them and that he would have given them anyway. Then he started insulting the soldiers, despite his friends trying to convince him to hand over the document and calm down. He was also asked to calm down by the military, but he had no intention of doing so and continued to maintain a surly attitude. When the soldiers decided to accompany him to the barracks to identify him, he resisted, waving and insulting the Carabinieri. He was then stopped and made to get into the service car, but during the journey to the barracks he continued to offend the soldiers.

In the barracks, instead of calming down he has continued with his defiant and abusive behavior, even kicking a door. In the end he was identified, but his night still ended with a complaint to the judicial authorities for insulting and resisting a public official and for refusing to provide information on his personal identity. He was also administratively sanctioned for drunkenness.
