In the morning of 14th July, the Parents of a disabled boy, a young man of 28 years, who had just arrived in Ciampino from France, gave the alarm to the agents of the State Police of the Border Police at the airport, because the young man had walked away suddenly from their family unit, probably disorientated and intimidated by the plane journey.
Immediately i police officers were involved in the search of the boy and, acquired the images of the video surveillance, they saw that the young man had left the airport and boarded the first bus which had passed at that time. The driver of the vehicle he was immediately contacted by telephone and alerted of what had happened.
Immediately after realizing what had happened, the Polaria agents immediately went to the terminus of line 520in Cinecittà area, where the young man, disoriented and frightened, was identified, reassured and therefore brought back to the loving care of his family.
