Chieti, 12-year-old footballer struck by lightning: it's serious.
He just 12 years the boy hospitalized in serious condition in Chieti hospital after being struck by lightning this afternoon.
The electric discharge hit the football field where the 12-year-old he was about to start training with his teammates.
Rescued by 118 health workers for a cardiac arrest, the young footballer was then transported by ambulance to the nearby SS hospital. Annunziata in red code.
«The child is currently intubated, he has not yet regained consciousness and will probably be transferred to intensive care at Pescara hospital», reports toAdnkronos Diego Ferrara, mayor of Chieti.
