The aforementioned soldiers, having recognized that the situation involved the crime of illicit management of dangerous and non-hazardous special waste, proceeded with the preventive seizure of the area and the large pile of the aforementioned waste composed of containers of different capacities (disused plastic cans) where they previously existed contains liquid chemicals, composed of fungicides, pesticides and liquid fertilizers, used in agriculture.
