Caserta, pusher of numerous substances arrested: 3,27kg of cobret, 1,5kg of crack and 1,9kg of marijuana seized

Caserta, the Carabinieri of the Macerata Campania station, following detailed investigations coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Santa Maria Capua Vetere, proceeded in Caivano, with the help of colleagues from the Casoria Company, to execute an order of application of the precautionary measure of house arrest, issued by the investigating judge office of the San Marino Court, against a twenty-nine year old local man, held responsible for dealing drugs.

The precautionary measure was issued following the investigative findings collected by the soldiers of the Station (at the time of the facts led by the late Lieutenant Baldassarre Nero), also through technical activities, which made it possible to ascertain, in the province of Caserta, the commission of numerous episodes of drug dealing such as cocaine, hashish and marijuana by the recipient of the measure and other suspects.

At the same time, the soldiers of the Carabinieri carried out, in the provinces of Caserta and Naples, searches of nine suspects, delegated by the AG, also with the aid of the Carabinieri Canine Unit of Sarno (SA), which allowed them to find and seize 2 cellophane wraps containing 3,27 kg of cobret, 36 cellophane wraps containing 1,5 kg of crack, 2 cellophane wraps containing 1,915 kg of marijuana, as well as a precision scale and material for packaging the doses. All at the disposal of a fifty-five-year-old from Caivano, arrested in flagrante delicto for possession for the purpose of dealing drugs.
