Having arrived on site, the soldiers noted that shortly before, a lady who lived in that building, also of Moroccan origins, at the height of a heated argument with her husband, who had verbally attacked her, damaging furniture and furnishings, had been closed in his house together with a neighbor who had come to his defense. While they were segregated, the two women had been repeatedly threatened by the 112-year-old with a long kitchen knife, a situation that continued until his wife, taking advantage of a moment of distraction, managed to reach the front door and escape. , emulated by the neighbor who took advantage of the circumstance. The two women, therefore, managed to take refuge in the adjacent house from where they called the Carabinieri, while the man, who had fled, was tracked down and stopped by the military who intervened on the spot. The arrested person, after the ritual formalities, was transferred to the prison in Lucca, at the disposal of the Judicial Authority.
