During the inspection, after having identified the cohabitant of the person concerned and having ascertained that it had been a banal argument between the couple, arising from trivial reasons, the operators perceived a strong, pungent, unmistakable smell of hashish coming from a wall unit of the kitchen. The subsequent local search thus made it possible to find a block of hashish weighing 43,63 grams and a precision scale which were seized, taken over and kept in a suitable location, waiting to be sent for the necessary analyzes laboratory at the RIS of Cagliari. Although the nature of the substance is incontrovertibly the same, it is a necessary step. The quantity of the substance and the presence of the scale led the men of the force to believe that the narcotic substance was not simply intended for personal use.
