Cagliari, convicted of crimes of personal injury, receiving stolen goods, drugs: man under house arrest

Cagliari, Yesterday evening 28th April the Carabinieri of the Cagliari Sant'Avendrace station gave application to an execution order for the expiation of a prison sentence under the home detention regime, issued by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Cagliari against  PO cl.1975 from Cagliari. The man, who will have to serve a sentence of 1 year, 7 months and 8 days in prison as he was convicted of crimes of personal injury, receiving stolen goods and narcotics, after the formalities was accompanied to his home where he will have to stay for serve the sentence.

In the late evening of April 28, a Teulada, the Carabinieri of the station, during a territorial control service, surprised SE cl.96, of the place, which, without giving a justified reason, was in the public area, in stark contrast to the current containment measures against the spread of covid-19 ordered by the national government. The man was charged with the administrative violation provided for by Legislative Decree no. 33/2020, and the Prefecture of Cagliari will be informed.

On April 29, the Carabinieri of the station Arbus at the end of an investigation, they reported a 57-year-old local man, unemployed, in a state of freedom, who on 8 March in a public street had threatened a peer of his and had attacked him by grabbing him around the neck, also causing him minor injuries . At the end of the argument, the attacked person went to the Carabinieri station where he filed a regular complaint for threats e injury towards today's accused.
