Yesterday, the carabinieri of the Stampace station, at the end of an investigative activity resulting from the complaint/complaint formalized on 6 February by a 22-year-old from Cagliari, handed over the case in a state of freedom to the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Cagliari for illicit dissemination of sexually explicit videos of an eighteen-year-old resident in the Sardinian capital, a student with a clean criminal record. Last February 5th in Cagliari, while he was on board a car driven by a friend, he had filmed the plaintiff on the street with his mobile phone while she was busy having sexual intercourse with her partner, and then published the videos on social networks against the will of the interested parties. Anyone, being on the street or in places open to the public, is allowed to video-film or photograph whatever happens but it is forbidden to then spread the images in any way, where there is no consent from the people who were filmed, as this second behavior constitutes a crime under the law on the processing of personal data, in short it violates the "privacy" of the interested parties.
