Brescia, the State Police carries out 6 precautionary measures following the death of a young girl from Brescia

Brescia, The State Police of Brescia has executed an order for the application of a precautionary custodial measure issued by the investigating judge at the Court of Brescia following investigative activities, against 6 citizens, responsible for manslaughter, possession and dealing of narcotic substances, of which three, already burdened by judicial prejudice.

The activity of the Flying Squad investigators began on 23 August 2020 following the report received by 118 of the discovery of the body of a young 24-year-old girl from Brescia by a friend of hers, who had tried in vain to resuscitate her.

On the evening of August 20, the victim and a friend had used anxiolytics and alcohol, while the following day both had used ketamine and in the evening together with another friend, they had used further narcotic substances, namely cocaine and hashish and consumed alcoholic beverages.

The consumption of narcotic substances continued on August 22nd based on ketamine and heroin, in addition to the consumption of alcohol.
Half of the dose of heroin was consumed by the boy intravenously, while the other half was partly smoked by the girl while the remainder was directly injected into the vein of the victim, who had never taken heroin before then, by the lad.

The following morning, the boy and his friend noticed that the victim was not breathing and tried in vain to administer first aid. At that point, they contacted the emergency number and while the friend tried to resuscitate her, the boy tried to get rid of the syringes used the night before.

The medical report highlighted in the victim a marked positivity to opiates, cocaine, ketamine, benzodiazepines and a slight positivity to cannabinoids; the cause of death was terminal cardio-respiratory arrest due to acute intoxication of opiates and ketamine.
The police's activity, also characterized by wiretaps, was aimed at ascertaining what had happened in the days and evening before the death, whether heroin had been administered to the victim by the boy and at identifying all the subjects who had given in the drugs to the three young people.

During the investigative activity, a 25-year-old woman was identified who, on 21 and 22 August, had given ketamine to the victim and the boy, and her responsibility for the constant supply of ketamine and marijuana to some boys from Brescia emerged.

The investigators reconstructed other important drug sales by a 33-year-old Tunisian citizen. During the course of the investigative activity, the latter was found to be one of the deceased's regular suppliers and his daily activity of dealing heroin and cocaine was ascertained, despite being in probationary custody.

Another 28-year-old boy, who, although he was also on probation with social services, was identified as a supplier of ketamine and in collaborative relationships in drug dealing with a 31-year-old Albanian citizen.
On 13 October the Flying Squad investigators carried out a search in the 28-year-old's home, in which only the Albanian citizen was present, finding and seizing 3.915 stamp-shaped cards (TRIP) soaked in hallucinogenic methamphetamine as well as other substances (cocaine, hashish , marijuana and poppers containing toxic solvent). In the investigation activity, therefore, the profitable activity of dealing in various narcotic substances emerged which regularly and punctually satisfied the needs of a vast audience of customers by the subjects involved.

The boy, injecting the lethal narcotic substance into the victim intravenously, will have to answer for manslaughter.
