I Carabinieri of the Bologna Radiomobile Unit they arrested a 44 year old Pakistani, unemployed and domiciled in Bologna, accused of attempted improper robbery. It happened at 19pm Sunday 16 July, when the Carabinieri of the Bologna Operations Center received a phone call from a security officer at the "Vialarga" shopping center who reported that he was in difficulty with a customer who had Stole bottles of whisky. Upon the arrival of the Carabinieri, the customer, identified as the 44-year-old Pakistani, was in the offices of the two security personnel, namely a 34-year-old Nigerian and his 47-year-old Italian colleague who telephoned 112. During the reconstruction of the facts, the Carabinieri detected that the 44-year-old, in an attempt to escape from the Conad supermarket, where he had gone to steal eight bottles of Jack Daniel's brand whisky, broke three of them on the floor and used the shards of glass to threaten security workers who had invited him to return the goods. The intact part of the stolen goods, worth 159 euros (eight bottles, three of which were broken), was recovered by the Carabinieri and returned to the rightful owner. The security personnel were not injured. At the disposal of the Public Prosecutor's Office of Bologna, the 44-year-old, burdened by police records for crimes against property, was held in a security room awaiting trial with very direct rite.
