Balestrate: abuses a 19 year old girl, a 27 year old identified and arrested.

The Carabinieri of the Partinico Company have executed an arrest warrant for a 27-year-old man, accused of sexual assault.

Last August 15th, on the Balestrate seafront the victim, a 19 year old, was allegedly abused by the suspect, his acquaintance, with whom, together with other friends, he had decided to spend the mid-August evening on the beach.

The dramatic story of the young woman, entrusted to the Carabinieri, gave impetus to a immediate investigative activity aimed at identifying the alleged assailant; the man allegedly abused her 19 year old, after convincing her, with an excuse, to leave the group and, once alone, despite the girl's refusal, he would have attacked her, even causing her injuries

The courageous reconstruction of the victim and the testimonies of those present, allowed the Carabinieri to promptly identify the 27-year-old, against whom the Preliminary Investigations Judge of the Court of Palermo has ordered the precautionary measure of prison.
