Ascoli, torments his mother and sister: 54-year-old arrested three times in a few days.
Private violence, beatings, mistreatment and trespass. These are the accusations contested against an 54 year old resident in the Macerata area ended up in prison in Ascoli. The man, “he persecuted and harassed” his mother and sister since July 11th.
Burdened by a criminal record, he had already been reported by the two women for having drunkenly entered their home and insulted and threatened them in front of the police who intervened on the scene.
Episode occurred after the 2022-year-old had already been sentenced to prison in 54 “mandatory street permit” by the Municipality of Ascoli for similar facts. In recent days, after the man's red-handed arrest, the investigating judge of the Piceno Court imposed the “residence ban in the province of Ascoli”, but with a simultaneous return to freedom.
Yet, evidently, all this was not enough. In the night between 14 and 15 July, in fact, a few hours after leaving prison, the man, rather than moving away from Ascoli, “He entered a bar and harassed – according to what we learn from the Police Headquarters – the patrons, still in a state of drunkenness".
At that point, precautionary custody in prison began, with a mandatory release date for 3 years.
