Arzachena: two people arrested for sexual assault against a young woman.

Olbia. THE Carabinieri of the Arzachena station, in execution of a decree issued by Public Prosecutor's Office of Tempio Pausania, two people were arrested as suspects of a crime 31 and 26 years old, homeless foreigners, for aggravated sexual assault against a local girl. The military investigations were carried out following the victim's complaint of the violence that was allegedly perpetrated while the young woman was there on the evening of October 21st with a friend near the center of Arzachena.

The girl would proceed to identification of the two alleged authors. The arrest was carried out yesterday evening by the Arzachena military. The arrested were subsequently transferred to the Bancali district house awaiting the validation hearing.

The communication of the press note is authorized as per reasoned decree no. 28 of 07 November 2023. It is specified that the personal precautionary measures adopted, at present, they refer exclusively to the precautionary phase without prejudice to the judgment of the merits and, possibly, of the Review Judge.
