Partinico (Palermo), another 18-year-old arrested for the Bacchi murder

The Carabinieri of the Company of Partinico have executed the precautionary custody measure at the Juvenile Penal Institute of Palermo towards of one of the young people, a minor at the time of the events, involved in the brawl outside a nightclub in Balestrate where Francesco Bacchi lost his life on January 14th.

Last February 27st, the suspect, following investigations by the Carabinieri, had already been the recipient of a precautionary measure in the community on charges of aggravated affray. In On that occasion, three other boys who had just turned 18 were also subjected to house arrest accused of the same crime.

Police investigations, coordinated by the Prosecutor's Office at the Juvenile Court led by Dr. Claudia Caramanna, they brought out meantime a much more weighty circumstantial framework against the young man which is now accused of complicity in murder unintentional together with a twenty-year-old, arrested on the same day of the murder.

The judge for the Preliminary Investigations of the Juvenile Court, in light of the new investigative findings, it therefore accepted the request of the Public Prosecutor e ordered the measure of precautionary custody at the IPM. – Penal Institute for Juveniles – del Sicilian capital.
