Agrigento, pusher arrested at the bus station: 15 blocks of marijuana seized

Agrigento, on 2 August 2021, in Licata the State Police, during a police operation aimed at repressing the illicit trafficking of narcotic or psychotropic substances, arrested someone in flagrante delicto of possession and transportation of narcotic substances, a man from Licate MF born in 56, with multiple criminal convictions, retired. Indeed, the men of the police station, during the aforementioned police activity, monitored today's arrest, already burdened by specific precedents, near the local bus station coming from Palermo. Following a personal search, the man was found in possession of 15 blocks of narcotic substance of the Hashish type, weighing a total of almost 1,5 kg, hidden inside a plastic bag. The subsequent house search carried out at the home revealed, in the kitchen, two doses of a narcotic substance of the Hashish type with a total weight of approximately 2g, as well as a dose of just under 1g. of marijuana. Therefore, at the end of the investigative operations, the pensioner was arrested by the staff of the Anti-Crime Section of the Police Station of Licata as he was held responsible for the aforementioned crimes and, on the orders of the PM on duty of the Public Prosecutor's Office of Agrigento, he was placed under arrest home.
