Agrigento, two people in Licata have been placed under house arrest: one for theft and the other for drug dealing

Agrigento, on 21.05.2021, in Licata, State Police personnel executed an Order, issued by the Surveillance Court of Palermo, against a Gambian citizen, with which the application of the alternative measure of detention was ordered home for the duration of 11 months and 28 days.

The subordinate had been convicted of the crimes of possession for the purpose of dealing narcotic substances with the sentence of the Court of Agrigento dated 03.06.2020-

On 21.05.2021, in Licata, State Police personnel executed an Order, issued on 20.04.2021 by the Surveillance Court of Palermo, against a Licata citizen, with which the application of the measure was ordered alternative to home detention for a duration of 8 months.

The subordinate had been convicted of the crimes of aggravated theft with the sentence of the Court of Agrigento dated 12.12.2020.
