Agrigento, last April 16th the State Police carried out the reinstatement of a prison order against MARINO Nicola, born in 1978, from Licata, convicted of the crime of resistance to PU aggravated by repeated recidivism within five years. The man, untraceable since 2016, had evaded capture by losing track of himself.
Personnel of the Flying Squad, directed by Giovanni Minardi and of the PS Commissariat of Licata, directed by Sonia Zicari, as part of the ritual investigations against him, on the afternoon of the 16th identified him in Licata, while he was passing on the public road, in the near a shopping center.
Promptly blocked, he was accompanied by policemen to the Licata police station for the drafting of the formal documents.
The MARINO must serve a seven-month sentence for the crime for which he was convicted, as well as one year of home-work, as ordered by the Agrigento Surveillance Office for a similar crime.
The man, after the ritual formalities, was associated with the Agrigento prison.
