Voghiera, a 49-year-old man on probation arrested by the Carabinieri must serve the remainder of his sentence.

The Carabinieri of the Voghiera Station they arrested, in the late morning of November 28, a 49-year-old already placed on probation by social services, in execution of a provision issued by theBologna Surveillance Office.

The man had in fact to serve a residual sentence relating to a conviction over 10 years of imprisonment issued by the Court of Pesaro.

The 49-year-old had been found guilty of a series of crimes committed between 2016 and 2020 in the provinces of Pavia, Piacenza, Milano and Pesaro, Including:

• illegal possession and carrying of weapons,

• threat to a public official,

• aggravated robbery.

Even though he was already taking advantage of the alternative measure ofprobationary custody, the provision of the judicial authority has ordered the restoration of the prison regime, requiring the man's immediate transfer to prison.

The Carabinieri then carried out the order, accompanying the 49-year-old to the Arginone prison, where the atonement of the months of sentence still to be served.
