She was already near her workplace, a club in Santa Maria Capua Vetere, when she noticed that her ex was waiting for her outside, sitting in his car. So the 28-year-old of Ukrainian origin, resident in Santa Maria Capua Vetere, without being seen, managed to park her car and enter the club where she regularly started her shift. In the meantime, she informed her new partner of the unwelcome presence of her ex outside the workplace.

Once caught up with her current partner, she and him drove away in the car. However, this circumstance did not escape her ex who started chasing the couple, coming alongside them several times, rear-ending them and even trying to cut them off to block them.

During the chase, her ex, a 44-year-old from Santa Maria Capua Vetere, pulled up alongside their car and pulled a baseball bat out of the window, threatening them.The chase continued for several kilometers until, having reached Casagiove on Via Appia, the man was stopped by the Carabinieri of the Casagiove Station and the CIO of the 10th RGT Campania, who intervened following a request for help made by the victim to the emergency number "112"

Following a personal search, the 44-year-old was found in possession of two baseball bats, one of which he showed to the couple to threaten them.
