41-year-old multi-convict arrested and subjected to special surveillance: considered a highly socially dangerous person.

Lecce. On 23.11.2023 patrols of Crime Prevention Department of Southern Puglia together with staff of Galatina Police Station, during the normal territorial control service, they proceeded, in Seclì, to control of a car on board which a 41 year old was identified, subject with multiple criminal convictions for crimes of various types and burdened, among other things, by the prevention measure of the oral warning of the Police Commissioner of Lecce, as well as subjected to the measure of Special Surveillance with a prohibition on move away from the Municipality of Galatina, together with another subject, aged 47, censored for driving in state of intoxication and personal use of narcotic substances.

The two men were therefore accompanied to the PS Commissariat offices, where at the end of the ritual checks, the 41enne, considered a person with the profile of high social danger and criminal attitude, given his repeated violent and disrespectful conduct of the law, in light of his failure to comply with the obligations imposed by the Court of Lecce – Prevention Measures Section, was declared under arrest and today, following a direct trial, sentenced to sentence of 8 months' imprisonment.
