Marsala: 25-year-old under drugs attacks a guest from the same community.
Marsala (Trapani), i Carabinieri from the San Filippo station in Marsala arrested, in compliance with an order of aggravation of precautionary measure issued by the Criminal Section of Court of Trapani, a man from Trapani born in 1998 who has already been subjected to house arrest in a local recovery community.
Today's provision arises from documented violations committed by the 25-year-old who, ultimately, would have been responsible for one assault on another guest of the same community and, following investigations, it would have been found positive for drug use.
The arrested person, at the end of the formalities, was transferred to the Pietro Cerulli prison in Trapani.
