Lamezia Terme, Operation "Joker": Three arrests for the fires at two businesses.

During the house searches, delegated by the Judicial Authority, the military found and clothes and shoes seized perfectly corresponding to those worn by the perpetrators during the events, as emerged from the videos.

The investigations also highlighted the seriousness of the criminal conduct, characterized by unscrupulousness and danger to public safety: in fact, in one of the two commercial establishments, there was a gas bottle which, if involved in the flames, could have caused a large-scale explosion.

The precautionary measure was ordered on the basis of the concrete risk of repetition of the crime and personality of the suspects, held responsible for actions that have caused extensive material damage and social alarm.
