Brescia, summer construction sites

Brescia, like every year, starting from the month of June, some road construction sites will be operational which will affect the city area in the summer period. Interventions will mainly be carried out by companies that manage the underground service networks. The ongoing health emergency, unfortunately, has made planning more difficult as many of the companies that deal with these types of jobs remained closed for a long time and were only able to reopen their doors recently.
In planning the interventions we tried to minimize the inconvenience for citizens, who at this particular moment are already facing many difficulties. However, the municipal administration is aware of the fact that some critical issues caused by the works cannot be avoided and remains available for any clarification.

DOWNTOWN AREA:
CDQ Ancient Brescia; CDQ Historic Center North; CDQ Historic Center South; CDQ Rosa Crucifix; CDQ Port Milano; CDQ Porta Venezia

-Renovation of the gas network in the S. Chiara district and via Gasparo da Salò from vicolo dell'Olmo to vicolo S. -Giorgio (work already started in March and expected to be completed by the end of July)
-Renovation of the gas network and aqueduct in Corso Magenta (start of work scheduled for the end of July and completion scheduled for mid-September)
-Renovation of the gas network in via Pace (start of work scheduled for the first half of June and completion scheduled for mid-August)
-Renovation of the gas network in Corso Matteotti from number 13 to Corso Garibaldi (start of work scheduled for the second half of June and completion scheduled for the first half of July)
-Maintenance of bedrooms in via Gramsci in the northern section of via Moretto (work started in mid-April, expected to end in the first half of August)
-Maintenance of 6 bedrooms in via Solferino from number 1 to via Romanino (start of work scheduled for early July and expected end in December)
-Maintenance of district heating rooms at the Somalia Viale Italia roundabout (start of work scheduled for the second half of June and completion scheduled for the second half of August)
- Maintenance of the district heating network in via Inganni at the intersection with via Diaz (start of work scheduled for the second half of June and completion scheduled for the second half of July)
-Renovation of the aqueduct network in via Gramsci in the southern section of via Moretto (works expected to start in the second half of June and end expected in the second half of August)
-Redevelopment of Piazzale Cremona, work to deduct former civil engineering costs (start of work scheduled for mid-June)
-Completion of the cycle path from Piazzale Repubblica to Spalto S. Marco (works expected in the second half of June and expected to end in the first half of October)
-Renovation of paving in porphyry cubes in via Cattaneo stretches from via Cereto to via -Agostino Gallo and from via Candia to piazza Tebaldo Brusato (start of work scheduled for the first half of June and completion scheduled for mid-July)
-Renovation of porphyry flooring in Corso Zanardelli in front of the Teatro Grande (start of work scheduled for mid-July and completion scheduled for early August)
-Renovation of porphyry cube paving in Corsetto S. Agata, in front of the church (start of work scheduled for the end of July and end for the second half of August).
-Renovation of porphyry cube paving in Corsetto S. Agata, section between Corso Mameli and Loggia. Works to deduct urbanization costs. (start of work scheduled for the second half of July and end for the second half of August)

NORTH AREA:

-Renovation of the gas network and aqueduct in via del Brolo, from via Vill. Prealpino 11 in via Vill. Prealpino 13 (works expected to start at the beginning of August and completion expected by the end of August)
-Renovation of the gas and sewerage network in via Pavoni and via Ortigara (start of work scheduled for the second half of June and expected completion by mid-September)
-Renovation of the gas network in via Bredina from via Quarto dei Mille to via Trento (start of work scheduled for the end of July and completion expected by mid-August)
-Renovation of the gas network in via Bosio (start of work scheduled for the second half of June and completion scheduled for the end of July)
- Undergrounding of the electricity line in via Dabbeni from number 54 to number 86 and from number 31 to number 48 (works expected to start in mid-June and expected to end at the end of June)
-New electricity network in via Garzetta from number 511 to number 59 (works expected to start in the second half of June and expected to end in the second half of August)
-District heating maintenance in via Pastrengo on the corner with via Foscolo (works expected to start in the first half of June and end in the first half of September)
-Roundabout intersection via Fiume, S. Eustacchio, Tommaseo (start of work scheduled for the second half of July and end of work for the first half of September)
- Closure of the central traffic island on Viale Oberdan in the section between Via Franchi and Via Borsi (start of work scheduled for the second half of August and end of work for the second half of September)

-Renovation of the electricity network in via Sanson and Varisco (start of work scheduled for the second half of July and completion scheduled for the second half of September)
-Renovation of the district heating network in Viale Bornata on the eastbound carriageway, in the section between Vi Morcelli and Via Vighenzi (start of work scheduled for mid-July and completion scheduled for the end of July)
-Roundabout via Musia-viale S. Eufemia, work with deduction of costs (work already started last year and expected to be completed in autumn)
-Roundabout intersection via Balestrieri with via Don Pinzoni (start of work scheduled for the first half of June and end of work for the second half of July)

SOUTH AREA:

-Renovation of the electricity network in via Rizzo (works scheduled to start in the second half of June and expected to end in the first half of July)
-Renovation of the electricity network in via Ghislandi and Cacciamali (work already started in March and expected to end in the first half of July)
-Replacement of district heating pipes in via S. Zeno in the southbound lane between via Pasinetti and via Botta (works expected to start in the second half of June and expected to end in the first half of July)
-District heating maintenance in via Orzinuovi on the corner of via Roma and Orzinuovi number 57 (start of work scheduled for the beginning of August and end for the second half of August)
-Extension of the sewerage network in via Ziziola from via S. Zeno to number 85 (work already started at the end of May and expected to end at the end of June)

WEST AREA:

-Renovation of district heating in the street Milano from via Villa Glori to number 90 (work started at the end of May and expected to end at the end of September)
-Renovation of the sewerage, aqueduct, electricity and gas network in the street Milano from the West ring road to via Nullo (works scheduled to start in mid-July and finish scheduled for the end of August 2021)
