Brescia: 3.200 euros collected for the Butterfly and Casa delle Donne Anti-Violence Centers thanks to the show “Tell me a woman”.

Monday afternoon 16th December, in Butterfly Anti-Violence Center di via Ferdinando Bertone 6 in Brescia, City Councilor Raisa Labaran he handed over to the Vice President of the Butterfly Anti-Violence Center and Shelters, Roberta Leviani, And the President of Women's House Brescia, Viviana Cassini, 3.200 € (1.600 euros per center), the entire proceeds collected from the show “Tell me a woman“, proposed on Monday 25th November last on the occasion of the International day for the elimination of violence against women.

The meeting was also attended by Susan Zanolli e Pierluigi Rolfi Group Hyphen.

The artistic project, promoted by Trait d'Union BandThrough music and theatre wanted to promote greater awareness regarding the gender violence and the role of anti-violence centersThe songs, including five unreleased songs by the group, and the monologues presented enrich a broad project that alternates music and words, accompanying spectators on an exciting journey to discover the complexity of this phenomenon. A show in which art becomes the true protagonist in conveying emotions and generating awareness and reflections.

The group Hyphen consists Sarah Bondioli (Voice) Frank Danesi e Marco Renzi (electric guitar), Gennaro D'Amicis (piano), Alberto Sarnico (battery), Pierluigi Rolfi (bass), Maurizio Pini e Nadia Venetians (choirs and voices), Alessandra Lancini e Susanna Zanolli (actresses), with directed by Susanna Zanolli.
