Brescia: From 1 to 29 March “Drawing Nature” Exhibition at the Natural Science Museum
From the 1 29 to March il Natural Science Museum of Brescia host “Drawing Nature”, the third edition of the competition and exhibition of scientific-naturalistic illustrations and drawings.
The works will be exhibited in the temporary exhibition hall of the Natural Science Museum at via Ozanam 4 (Marconi Metro stop) and can be visited from Monday to Friday (9am – 12.45pm and 14pm – 17pm) and Saturday (16pm – 18.30pm), with the possibility of taking part in guided tours (exclusively on Saturdays, from 16.30pm to 18pm).

The initiative is organized by some scientific-naturalistic associations (Association of Friends of Parks and Natural Reserves, Brescia Botanical Association – ABB, Brescia Naturalistic Studies Centre – CSNB, “Giovanni Carini” Mycological Circle and Avifauna Research Group – GRA) in collaboration with the Natural Science Museum.
Approximately 100 people participated in this periodic meeting. 20 artists/illustrators – coming from different Italian locations – with a fifty works, valuable works both from a naturalistic and artistic point of view.
On Saturday 1st March at 17pm, after the institutional greetings from the Municipal Administration, the exhibition will be inaugurated and the artists and illustrators who participated will be awarded.
THEinput at the Museum is Loano train station. The free guided tours will be organized by the Associations involved in the project (competition, exhibition and dissemination initiatives).
They are registrations are open to participate in the fourth edition of the “Drawing nature” competition. It will be possible to send your own works, a maximum of three for each artist, until Monday 31 March 2025.
