Brescia, reopening of the West and South registry offices, Wednesday 17 June
Brescia, after the reopening of the North Registry Office, which took place last 10 June, starting from tomorrow, Wednesday 17 June, also the West Registry Office in via Farfengo 69 and the South Registry Office in via Lottieri 2 will reopen their branches.
The reopening of the Sanpolino East Registry Office will soon take place.
Please remember that at the moment all services will be provided exclusively by appointment.
For electronic identity cards (CIE) a reservation is required on the ministerial website (www.prenotazionicie.interno.gov.it), where the user will choose the office, day and time of the appointment. Please remember that the validity of identification and identity documents is extended until 31 August 2020, provided that the documents expire or expire after 17 March 2020. Validity for travel purposes remains limited to the expiry date indicated in the document.
For the service of issuing certificates (not extracts), for declarations in lieu of affidavits, for the legalization of photographs, authentication of copies, authentication of transfer of ownership of vehicles, registry registration and change of residence practices ( only in the decentralized Registry offices) the appointment must be booked on the website of the Municipality of Brescia by clicking on the gray “On Line” box on the Home Page of the institutional website, then on “Appointments/Booking at the counters”, finally following the guided procedure.
Please remember that it is always possible to receive the certificates (not the extracts) directly at your home by sending an email to infoanagrafica@comune.brescia.it and following the instructions that will be communicated. The same email address remains available for any necessary information.
To change residence/registration, citizens are invited to use the online forms published on the institutional website on the page:

Even for historical certificates, the request must be sent to the email addresses infoanagrafica@comune.brescia.it or demographic.anagrafe@pec.comune.brescia.it.
Those who do not have IT tools available can call 030 297.7774 from Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 11.30.
Finally, we would like to remind you that on the ground floor of Palazzo Broletto the reception desks for birth and death declarations are open to the public, from Monday to Saturday from 8.30 to 11.30. Entry is allowed to one person at a time, by appointment.
