Brescia, appointments and designations of the Mayor

Brescia, the Mayor of Brescia Emilio Del Bono has appointed Giorgio Lamberti (as President), Mario Visentini, to the Board of Directors of Centro Sportivo San Filippo Spa, Mariacostanza Rossi, Mirella Iandolo and Nicola Fiorin. The mayor also appointed Antonio Sesto (as President), Elisabetta Migliorati and Francesco Vollono as effective members of the Board of Auditors of the Centro Sportivo San Filippo Spa and Carlo Fogliata and Francesca Pinchetti as alternate members.

Giorgio Lamberti, born in Brescia in 1969, was European swimming champion in the 100, 200 and 4X200 freestyle in Bonn in 1989 and, in the same year, world record holder in the 200 meters freestyle, a record which remained unbeaten for ten years. He was world champion in the 200 meters freestyle in Perth in 1991 and finalist in the 4X200 relay at the Seoul Olympics in 1988 and Barcelona in 1992. After retiring from his competitive career in 1993, he collaborated with the Italian Swimming Federation for the technical-sports sector and manager of the national youth sector of the same federation from 1995 to 1998. From 1994 to 2003 and from 2007 to the present he is president of the sports club Gam Team Srl and, from 1997 to 2003, he was a member of the Council of the Coni of Brescia. From 2003 to 2008 he was Councilor for Sport of the Municipality of Brescia and president of the Board of Directors of the San Filippo Spa Sports Center from 2014 to today. In 1990 he was awarded the Brescianità Prize and, since 2004, he has been a member of the International Swimming Hall of Fame (ISHOF).

Mario Visentini, born in Brescia in 1962, graduated in accountancy in 1981. He worked for the Giubergia and Lombardi stock exchange agents firm of Milano from 1984 to 1988 and, subsequently, for Fin Eco leasing as financial manager of the treasury for which, in 1994, he held the role of agency director. In 1998 he was branch manager of Rolo Banca. With the transformation of the banking group into UniCredit he held the role of director of new customer development. In 2015, again for UniCredit, he became corporate manager in the public sector and, in 2018, small business manager in the province of Brescia. He was part of the board of directors of the Center for the educational integration of the blind and, until 2013, was a councilor on the board of directors of the Brescia Trasporti company. Since 2018 he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Centro Sportivo San Filippo Spa. He was the founder of the CorrixBrescia association.

Mariacostanza Rossi, born in Brescia in 1979, graduated in Law from the University of Brescia in 2002 and has been qualified to practice law since 2005. She is a freelance lawyer in the fields of criminal law, family and minors law, environmental law and sports law. From 2003 to 2010 she was an examiner for the private law exam tests of the degree course in Law of the University of Brescia and, from 2012 to 2014, an examiner for the sports law exam tests of the degree course of Motor Sciences of the University of Brescia. Since 2017 you have been a member of the Board of Directors of the Centro Sportivo San Filippo Spa.

Mirella Iandolo, born in Avellino in 1965, graduated in Law at the University of Salerno. From 1988 to today you have worked at the INPS in Brescia - administrative and judicial appeals area. From 2003 to today you have been an INPS defense official in civil disability cases.

Nicola Fiorin, born in Gorizia in 1976, graduated in Law from the University of Brescia in 2002, with a thesis in criminal law. Member of the Brescia Bar Association since 2006, he has been registered on the lists of public defenders of the Brescia Court of Appeal district since 2008. Since 2019 he has been authorized to practice before the higher magistrates (Court of Cassation). Since 2006 he has been the owner of a law firm in Brescia where he practices as a freelancer in the field of criminal law, as a defender of the accused and as a defense of civil parties. Antonio Sesto was born in S. Pietro in Guarano (CS) in 1961. He graduated in Economics and Commerce from the University of Messina, is registered in the register of Chartered Accountants of the province of Brescia and is registered in the register of auditors. He owns his own tax and labor commercial firm in Brescia, Paderno Franciacorta and Vignola (MO). He holds the position of liquidator for the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. He is an effective member of the board of auditors of the Montichiari Multiservizi Srl company and of the Cassa Edile Paritetica Bresciana. Elisabetta Migliorati was born in Brescia in 1960. She has been practicing the profession of "Accountant" since 1990 in Brescia. You have held the position of sole auditor of accounts in various municipalities in the provinces of Brescia and Bergamo. She was a councilor of the Order of Accountants from 1998 to 2016 and Treasurer of the same Order from 2001 to 2016. Francesco Vollono was born in Sondrio in 1941 and graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Parma. He has been a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Brescia since 1980 and has been an Official Auditor since 1984. He is an auditor for Local Authorities, Foundations, National Sports Federations and is a member of the Boards of Auditors of various commercial companies, cooperatives and consortia, including with public participation. His professional activity takes place in the field of corporate consultancy, accounting and budget management, insolvency procedures, tax litigation, consultancy for non-commercial entities (third sector) and company evaluations and analyses. teacher at the “Scuola della Sport Coni” for the Lombardy Region and teacher and publicist for the Castelli Study Center “Sistema Ratio”.

Carlo Fogliata was born in Chiari in 1951. He was general secretary of Confesercenti Brescia from 1980 to 1984.
