Brescia: Local Police intervene, man arrested who was violently cursing passers-by.
Some Local Police officers, on duty near via Fratelli Porcellaga, stopped a man – in an evidently altered state of mind and body – who was violently railing against passers-by.
After checks and not being able to identify the man, due to the strong resistance that led him to damage a shop window with his head, the police took him to the Command in via Donegani, where the arrested person caused injuries to an officer.
After hearing the Public Prosecutor, the man was identified and arrested for resisting arrest, violence, assault and possession – for the purpose of dealing – of 15 grams of hashish and 250 milligrams of cocaine, in addition to the possession of 7 cell phones and 2 tablets, probably stolen.
Other officers of the Brescia Local Police on duty in the Martinoni park on Via Zara near the station stopped and accompanied to the Command a man without identification documents and in possession of 7 grams of hashish, reporting him for possession of narcotics.
