Brescia, appointments of the members of the board of directors and of the board of auditors of the museum foundation

Brescia, the Mayor of Brescia Emilio Del Bono has appointed Bruno Barzellotti, Francesca Bazoli, Silvano Franzoni to the Board of Directors of the Brescia Musei Foundation and Umberta Gnutti. The mayor also appointed Luisa Anselmi as president of the Board of Auditors of the Brescia Musei Foundation and Raffaella Tonni as alternate member of the same Board.
These are professionals who will be able to make a valid contribution to the realities in which they will operate.

-Bruno Barzellotti was born in Addis Ababa in 1939 and graduated in Law from the University of Milano in 1961. He was a notary in Brescia from 1966 to 2014, president of the Notary Council of Brescia from 1997 to 2004 and member of the National Council of Notaries, representing Lombardy, from 2004 to 2010. From 1974 to 1983 he was a member of the Council of Administration of the Civil Hospitals of Brescia and, from 1990 to 2006, he was a member of the Administrative Commission of Asm and then vice-president of Asm Spa. From 1980 to 1990 he was City Councilor of Brescia and was part of the organizing committees of the exhibitions dedicated to Giacomo Cerutti (1987), Moretto (1988) and Savoldo (1990).

-Francesca Bazoli, born in Brescia in 1968, graduated in Law from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milano with 110 cum laude. She has been registered with the Brescia Bar Association since 1994 and works as a lawyer as a founding partner of the law and tax firm Studium 19.12 with specialization in civil, commercial, corporate, banking and financial market law. She has held administrative positions in numerous companies, including Business Bridge Srl (of which she was president from 2008 to 2013 and member of the board of directors from 2013 to 2016), Editoriale Bresciana Spa (of which she has been member of the board of directors since 2007), Centro Stampa Quotidiani Spa (of which she was a member of the board of directors from 2011 to 2018), Ubi Leasing Spa (of which she was vice-president from 2012 to 2013), GZ Corporate Finance Srl (of which she was president from 2013 to 2017), Alba Spa (of which she was also president from 2016 to 2017), Editrice Morcelliana Srl (of which she has been president since 2017), Ubi Spa (of which she was supervisory councilor and member of the Risk Committee). He is part of the boards of directors of the companies Panariagroup Industrie Ceramiche Spa, Pistacchio Spa and Red Fish Longterm Capital Spa. He also holds administrative positions in non-profit organizations such as the magazine "Città e ordini", the Cooperativa Cattolica Democratica di Cultura, Fondazione Banca San Paolo di Brescia and the Catholic Insurance Foundation. Since 2010 she has been president of the Accademia Cattolica di Brescia Foundation and was president of the Brescia Musei Foundation.

-Silvano Franzoni was born in Brescia in 1955 and graduated in Political Science from the University of Pavia. In service to the Municipality of Brescia from 1977 to June 2018, he was a Manager in the same administration starting from 1990, holding the role of Head of coordination of administrative services, urban security and civil protection, Head of the economic activities area, urban marketing and personal sector and, from 2013 to 2018, Head of the Culture, Creativity and Innovation Area and of the Culture, Tourism and Libraries Sector (later called the Culture and City Promotion Sector). From 2018 to today he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Brescia Musei Foundation.

-Umberta Gnutti, born in Brescia in 1968, graduated from Franklin University in Lugano (Switzerland) with a BA in Business Administration. She is an entrepreneur, she is vice president of Hug Holding Umberto Gnutti, operating in the metallurgical sector, based in Roncadelle. She has dedicated herself to philanthropy and non-profit work for several years and is a member of the board of directors ofessere Bambino (children's health association), of the Beretta Foundation for cancer research and of the Ieo Foundation / Centro Cardiologico Monzino. She is a founding member and advisor of the Camera Nazionale Moda Italiana Fashion Trust, president of the Restauro Club, advisor of the Poldi Pezzoli Onlus Foundation and supporter of the Nicola Trussardi Foundation.

-Luisa Anselmi, born in Desenzano del Garda in 1966, graduated in Economics and Commerce in 1989 from the University of Verona. She is a Chartered Accountant registered in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Experts since 1990, Statutory Auditor, Arbitrator registered with the Arbitration Chamber of Brescia and expert in accounting and tax matters for the Court of Brescia. The areas of activity he deals with with his studio in Brescia are mainly accounting, tax and corporate consultancy, assistance and representation in tax disputes, company valuations, taking on roles in boards of auditors, technical office consultancy and biased. He currently holds the position of Standing Auditor in some Italian companies belonging to multinational groups, such as Nespresso Italiana Spa (Nestlè Group – Switzerland), Zoogamma Spa (VanDrie Group – Holland, where he holds the role of President of the Board of Statutory Auditors), Husqvarna Italia Spa (Husqvarna Group – Sweden) and Sabaf Spa, a company listed on the Stock Exchange of Milano – Star segment. He is also Statutory Auditor of Brescia Mobilità Spa and of Banca BCC del Garda Soc. Cooperativa (Iccrea Group). She was finally a member of the Board of Auditors of the Brescia Musei Foundation.

-Raffaella Tonni, born in Serle (Bs) in 1964, graduated in Law - Legal Sciences for Business at the Guglielmo Marconi University of Rome. She is registered in the College of Accountants of Brescia, now the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Brescia, in the Register of Cooperative Auditors of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, in the Register of Official Technical Consultants of the Court of Brescia, in the Register of Legal Auditors and Auditors of Local Authorities and is a Professional Civil Mediator. He is currently Statutory Auditor in A2A Ciclo Idrico Spa (president), Omb International Srl (single auditor), Diesse Electra Spa (president) and Villaggio Vacanze Valverde Spa. He is also an auditor for the Scientific Hospital and Treatment Institute “Centro S. Giovanni Di Dio Fatebenefratelli” Irccs of Brescia and the Cooperativa San Giuseppe Scar Onlus (single auditor).
