Three high schools from Belluno involved in the project dedicated to Olympic values ​​with shows, exhibitions and a parade celebrating sport and creativity.

Belluno is preparing for Milano-Cortina 2026 with “A scuola di Olimpiadi”: music, art and fashion for young people.

The Municipality of Belluno has started the project “At the Olympics School” in view of the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games Milano-Cortina 2026, involving three high schools in the city: the Renier High School (music address), the Catullo Art High School andIPSIA Brustolon (industry and craftsmanship address for Made in Italy).

The initiative, designed for spread the Olympic values – such as inclusion, respect, commitment and solidarity – is divided into three specific projects that allow students to express themselves through music, art and fashion, bringing them closer to the great sporting event of 2026.

The Three Sub-Projects

  1. Olympics in Music
    Brought forward by the Renier Music High School, the project explores the connection between music and sport, both based on commitment and passion. The students, guided by the teachers, will create a musical story of the Olympics over time, which will culminate in a show at the Buzzati Theatre of Belluno in mid-April.
  2. Olympics on Showcase
    Coordinated by Catullo Art High School in collaboration with Ascom, this project includes the exhibition of the students' works in some shop windows of the city: drawings, paintings and sculptures inspired by the Olympic theme. The widespread exhibition will come to life in spring thanks to the collaboration between teachers and local merchants.
  3. Sports and Fashion in the Olympics
    Made byIPSIA Brustolon, the project retraces the history of sport through thetechnical clothing. Students will create sportswear, from historical to futuristic uniforms, which will be presented in a fashion show at the Buzzati Theater at the end of May. Some local athletes will also be parading.

The Statements

“The 2026 Olympics represent a unique opportunity for Belluno, not only from a sporting point of view but also from a cultural and social one”, says the mayor Oscar De Pellegrin. “The project 'A scuola di Olimpiadi' brings young people closer to the universal values ​​of sport, such as courage and solidarity, making them protagonists of this great adventure”.

The sports councilor Monica Mazzoccoli thanks local teachers and athletes for their collaboration, underlining the importance of the project as “culture and community laboratory”, capable of combining creativity and commitment.
