Feltre (Belluno), 64-year-old arrested for possession of over a kilo of marijuana for the purpose of dealing

The constant information and observation activity on the territory by the plainclothes agents had allowed us to believe that the man, aged 64, was in possession of a significant quantity of narcotics.
In accordance with the legislation on the fight against drug trafficking, on Wednesday afternoon a search was carried out at the subject's residence by men from the 4th anti-drug section.

Once inside the house, the investigators found four cylindrical cardboard boxes and a glass jar containing marijuana from a compartment of a cupboard in the living room. In the same compartment, an electronic scale for weighing and measuring was found..

Subsequently, in an adjacent room used as a storage room on a shelf used as a bookcase, an open transparent cellophane bag was found, containing inflorescences of the same psychotropic substance. Finally, hidden among various household goods, a box was found with 10 packaging bags filled with marijuana and various other packaging materials.

All the material found was seized, certifying a total weight of narcotic substance equal to 1350g.
Given the large quantity, the man was arrested red-handed for possession of drugs for the purpose of dealing and placed under house arrest at his home by order of the Judicial Authority.
In the morning the arrest was validated by the GIP of Belluno and the man was subjected to the precautionary measure of the obligation to report to the Judicial Police daily.
