From the investigations carried out, the foreigner had numerous criminal and/or police records for repeated personal injuries, private violence, mistreatment in the family, repeated illegal possession of weapons and objects capable of causing offence.
He was therefore placed at the disposal of the Immigration Office of the Police Headquarters, which prepared an expulsion order, which was immediately notified to him. The Vicenza Police Chief issued an order against him for immediate escort to the CPR of Bari – Palese, where he was taken the same day by the Police of the Vicenza Police Headquarters and where he currently remains awaiting repatriation to Tunisia.
Among the various news stories in which the man had been involved over the years, the one in 2020 stands out, when he was stopped by the Police Headquarters patrol cars in the Ca' Balbi area after having threatened some residents of the area for trivial reasons, brandishing a large 46 centimetre machete.. At that moment, the Police Flying Squad intervened on the spot following a report from some residents of the area who had observed a fight between two foreigners near a pastry shop in the area.
