The Como State Police arrested a 34-year-old Como resident with a criminal record for resisting a Public Official. Around 15.30pm yesterday, the patrol cars were alerted by the Penitentiary Police personnel who reported a large group of hooded people positioned at the back of the prison, who were shouting phrases in favor of the prisoners and also lighting smoke bombs.

Together with some Penitentiary Police officers, the patrol cars, also supported by some patrols of the Border Police and the Carabinieri, faced the group of people who, at the sight of the patrols, quickly split up, scattering into the adjacent streets and getting into various cars.

The Patrols were nevertheless able to stop, after a brief chase and the order to stop using the warning systems, six young people aged 25 to 30, four from Como and one from Siena, all with administrative records against them, on board one of the cars. Despite the physical opposition of the 34-year-old who had placed himself between the car and the officers, pushing them vehemently, they were taken to the Police Headquarters for their identification and the report in a state of freedom for resisting a Public Official and unauthorized demonstration.

Both during the arrest and the stay at the Police Headquarters, the 34-year-old continued to behave hostilely towards the officers, actively resisting and being arrested for resisting a Public Official. Informed of the activities carried out, the Public Prosecutor on duty ordered his detention in the cells of the Police Headquarters, setting his trial for this morning at 11.00:XNUMX.

In addition to the referral to the Judicial Authority, the experts of the Anti-Crime Police Division have immediately drawn up and notified to two girls residing outside the province of Como, a mandatory one-year expulsion order, signed by the Como Police Chief Marco Cali'.
