Como: 27-year-old found with hashish and expired residence permit, reported by the Police.

La Como State Police, reported a 27 year old Egyptian citizen, without a fixed abode in Italy.

During a territory check, a patrol car on duty in the area adjacent to the “Como Borghi” railway station checked the documents of some people. Among them, the officers noticed a man with a suspicious and agitated, who exhibited a residence permit expired for more than a year, without any renewal request in progress.

The nervous behavior of the 27-year-old further aroused the suspicions of the officers, who noticed aunusual protrusion in his purse. When asked to show the contents, the man handed over a wrapper containing hashish, which was immediately seized.

Accompanied in Police Headquarters, it emerged that the Egyptian citizen had already police record for possession of weapons. The agents ofUPGSP of the Como Police Headquarters they then proceeded to administrative penalties and they issued a removal order, pursuant toArticle 10 of the Urban Police Regulations.
