The accident occurred this morning on Via Bergamo, near Appiano Gentile. Rescue efforts were unsuccessful: the 81-year-old died at the scene. The footballer is in shock.
Fenegrò (Como) – A dramatic morning in Via Bergamo, a few kilometers from Inter's training center. Around 9:43, a man of , which moved on board a electric wheelchair – described by those present as a “four-wheeled motorbike” – was hit by a car driven by Josep Martinez, 27-year-old Inter goalkeeper.
The collision was violent and sudden. Despite the immediate arrival of thehelicopter rescue, of a'ambulance and Carabinieri, there was nothing that could be done for the elderly man: the paramedics have death confirmed on the spot.
The first reconstruction: the victim may have been taken ill
