The State Police, in the afternoon, reported a 20-year-old of Moroccan origin, an Italian citizen and resident in Rovellasca (Como), with a specific police record, for possession of narcotics for the purpose of dealing.
In the context of the constant commitment to territorial control carried out both in the city and in the entire hinterland of Como, as emerged in the technical coordination meetings held in the prefecture and promptly conveyed by the Police Commissioner Marco Calì, in the afternoon, a patrol car in via Anzani noticed a group of three people talking among themselves and decided to carry out a document check.
Of the three, the attitude of the 20 year old Moroccan, made the police suspicious, in fact the patrol car, approaching, saw the group split up and the man stand out trying to move away by considerably lengthening his stride, the officers also noticed that he had hidden something in the pocket of his jacket.
Once caught and checked, 2 grams of hashish and 800 euros in cash were found in his jacket pocket, and he was then taken to the police station and identified.
From the findings, the 20-year-old turned out to have a police record, especially for drug dealing crimes and by virtue of this, also considering the money he held the proceeds of the illicit drug dealing activity, he was reported at liberty for possession for the purpose of dealing narcotics. Even after the recent interventions, including administrative ones, with the closure for 20 days of a slot machine hall, controls in via Anzani and surrounding areas are not being relaxed to reduce all the pockets of criticality reported and analyzed by the Como Police Headquarters.
