The State Police arrested for resisting a Public Official, a 33-year-old originally from Mali, resident in the city and in compliance with the residence regulations, the man was also reported at liberty for failure to comply with the Da.cu. that had been notified to him last May and for drunken disorderly conduct.
At around 24am this morning, a patrol car was sent to via F.lli Recchi in Como, to a 24-hour supermarket, as a 33-year-old Malian man had been reported as being in a state of psycho-physical alteration and was disturbing customers in the business.
The police officers, once they arrived on the scene, immediately had a lot of trouble containing the violent reaction and resistance of the man who firmly opposed the control by starting to swear and kick at the officers.
After a few minutes, however, the patrolmen managed to secure the man inside the service car, who however continued his aggressive conduct until he reached the police station, where the officers were able to identify him precisely, extract all his criminal and police records collected over time, ascertain that he had violated the Prohibition of Access to Urban Areas and arrest him for resisting a Public Official.
Notified of the arrest, the prosecutor on duty ordered him to be held at the police station until the trial.
In the meantime, the 33-year-old was served with an oral warning from the Police Commissioner, which will be added to his entire criminal and police record.
